This Court has considered all the aspects in the lead Appeal bearing First Appeal No.1125 of 2022. The Court upon considering various judgments has recorded reasons elaborately in the said Appeal. Since the present matter is similar to the said First Appeal, following order is passed :- i) Claimant/Mr. Ghanshyam and Smt. Pushpadevi have already withdrawn Rs.35,000/- respectively. Amount of Rs.2,90,000/- is deposited in their accounts. They would be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount now lying in their account in the Bank. Thereafter they will be entitled to receive Rs.2500/- per month till the deposit along with interest is exhausted. The amount in the name of Mast. Rahul, Mast. Raj and Mast. Roshan, since they are minors, no modification in order is required.
