This Court has considered all the aspects in the lead Appeal bearing First Appeal No.1125 of 2022. The Court upon considering various judgments has recorded reasons elaborately in the said Appeal. Since the present matter is similar to the said First Appeal, following order is passed :- i) Let claimants get 50% of the amount now lying in the Bank deposit. Thereafter they will be entitled to receive Rs.4500/- per month till the whole deposit is exhausted. No modification is required in respect of claimants Jaiswar Kiran Santlal and Jaiswar Ankita Santlal.
