This Court has considered all the aspects in the lead Appeal bearing First Appeal No.1125 of 2022. The Court upon considering various judgments has recorded reasons elaborately in the said Appeal. Since the present matter is similar to the said First Appeal, following order is passed :- i) Both the claimants, Ganesh and Dinesh, being major, they will be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount lying at present in the Bank. Thereafter they will be entitled to receive monthly Rs.3000/- till the whole deposit along with interest amount is exhausted.
