1. Modification of Condition No.(ii) of the order dated 15.01.2021 is sought in the wake of the employment offered to the applicant.

2. While releasing the applicant on bail for an offence punishable under Sections 8(C)(ii), 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('NDPS Act' for short), he was directed to report to the concerned police station on 2nd and 4th Monday of each month commencing from February, 2021 between 11.00 a.m. to 1 noon till disposal of the appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has abided by the said condition and there are no lapses on his part. He further submits that in the wake of his appointment with Aarti Palkar

33.IA.2201.2022 (corrected).doc Skynet Broadband as Internet Technician, it has become difficult to adhere to the said condition of reporting to the police station as directed.

4. Since learned APP has not disputed that the applicant has abided by the said order, Condition No.(ii) stands substituted by the following order:- "The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 2nd Saturday of every month till framing of charge. On the charge being framed, he shall abide by the directions of the concerned Court."

5. Application stands disposed off.
