This is the second Bail Application preferred by the Applicant. The first Bail Application was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the Applicant with liberty to file a fresh Application after six months. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant had given no such instructions. Be that as it may, the said statement was made and has been recorded in the Order dated 11.04.2017. The present Application has been filed prior to the expiry of six months. Hence, the Application stands rejected. However, the liberty granted to the Applicant, to file a fresh Application after expiry of six months as recorded in the Order dated 11.04.2017, stands.
