We are of the view that the purpose of the petitions shall be served if Respondent No.6 is directed to take his decision on the proposal sent to him by the Education Officer regarding grant of permission for transfer of Management of Schools-Respondent Nos. 10 to 14 by Respondent No. 9 to Respondent No.15. 4.

Accordingly, we direct the Deputy Director-Respondent No.6 to take appropriate decision on the proposal seeking permission for transfer of Management of Schools-Respondent Nos. 10 to 14 sent to him through Education Officer by Respondent No.9, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

All questions are kept open and liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court in case any grievance arises after taking of decision by Respondent No.6 on the proposal sent to him by Respondent No.9.
