Heard Ms. Koparkar, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Gokhale, learned Counsel for respondents No.1(a) to 1(d). 2.

By this application, the applicant/original plaintiff has sought injunction restraining legal representatives of respondents No.1(a) to 1(d) from making alteration and changes in the suit premises as also for fixing early date for final hearing.

Mr. Gokhale, on instructions, states that respondents No.1 (a) to 1(d) do not intend to make any alterations or changes in the suit premises. Statement made on instructions by Mr. Gokhale is accepted. As the applicant is a senior citizen and the suit was filed in the year 1999 invoking ground under

910-cac-431-2018.odt section 13 (1) (g) of the Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947, the Office is directed to fix the matter for final hearing considering the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen and ground of bona fide requirement is invoked chronologically.
