DATE : 29th SEPTEMBER, 2021 (Through Video Conference) P.C:- Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 on instruction states that the proposal filed by the respondent no.4 for recognition to start 5th to 7th standard under the provisions of the Right to Education Act would be considered expeditiously after hearing the objections raised by the petitioner, if any and in accordance with law within eight weeks from today. Statement is accepted. The order that would be passed by the respondent no.3 shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as

If the order is adverse against the petitioner or against the respondent no.4, the aggrieved party would be at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law by filing appropriate proceedings.

It is made clear that if any adverse order is passed against the respondent no.4, the said adverse order shall not be enforced for a period of four weeks from the date of communication of such order against the respondent no.4.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
