Writ petition No.1800/2016 is filed by husband challenging the FIR under section 498(A), 325, 504 and 506 read with 34 of OPC. Complainant is respondent No.2 in the matter. Petition has been filed on 4/5/2016 and thereafter no formal order of notice has been passed by this Court till date.

Writ Petition No.1760/2016 is filed by parents of above mentioned husband and his brother on or about 6/5/2016. There the complainant is not joined as party respondent.

This Court has not passed any order even in that matter. 4.

Today our attention is drawn to final report submitted on 3/2/2017 by the Investigating Officer. It is not in dispute that trial Court has already framed charges.

In this situation, we cannot intervene in the matter. The petitions therefore disposed of.
