Mr. Walve states that petitioner'

s grievance that he was not even given sufficient time to respond to the notice cannot be faulted and the Court may quash and set aside the impugned order dated 21st April 2021 for Assessment Year 2018-2019 and remand the matter for denovo consideration to the stage of issuing show cause notice dated 17th April 2021.

Accordingly, the order impugned dated 21st April 2021 in this petition is quashed and set aside. Petitioner shall file its response with all supporting documents to the notice dated 17th April 2021 within one week from receiving an intimation from the concerned authority giving the website/portal in which the reply should be uploaded. The assessment to be completed within eight weeks thereafter.
