Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, I am of the opinion that the claimant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. It is to be noted that the present First Appeal is filed by State of Maharashtra, hence the Appellant Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order.

a) Hearing of First Appeal no. 123 of 2014 is expedited.

b) The Appellant State of Maharashtra is directed to file private paper book within eight weeks from today.

c) Office is directed to place the matter on board for final hearing as soon as the private paper book is filed by State of Maharashtra.

d) Office is directed to call R & P immediately.

e) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
