Heard learned APP for the State and the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents. Application is filed seeking condonation of 8 days delay occurred in filing above application for leave to appeal. The Applicant has given explanation as to circumstances under which delay of 8 days occurred in preferring the application for leave to appeal, by making averments in paragraph 2, 3 and 4. Explanation, we find to be satisfactory. In that view of the matter, we allow this application in terms of prayer clause (b).
