Mr.Patil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners invited our attention to the documents including the letter dated 3rd December, 2021 from the Deputy Collector, (Rehabilitation), Tahsildar, Pune, and also confirms the statement made in the affidavit in reply filed by Mr.Uttam Rajaram Patil, the Deputy Collector, (Rehabilitation), Tahsildar, Pune and more particularly in paragraph 5. He submits that in view of the statement made therein 1/2
39&40-wp4566-21c.doc and in the said letter, the respondents be directed to comply with the said statement made therein expeditiously.

Mrs.Shinde, learned AGP for the State confirms the statement made by Mr.Uttam Rajaram Patil in the affidavit in reply and also in the said letter dated 3rd December, 2021. Statements made in the affidavit in reply and in the said letter dated 3rd December, 2021 and by Mr.Uttam Rajaram Patil and by the learned AGP made across the bar are accepted. The respondents are directed to comply with those statements within four weeks from today, without fail. It is made clear that if the statements made in the affidavit in reply and in the said letter dated 3rd December, 2021 and the statements made across the bar are not complied with within the time prescribed, an action under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 would be initiated. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
