9.wp.5438.17.doc Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.5 to 7 on instructions states that Respondent No.5 has already passed a Resolution to file this Consent Terms and has authorised signatories to the Consent Terms to sign the said Consent Terms on their behalf. Statement is accepted.

No consent terms are filed between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.1 to 4. The Petition against Respondent Nos.1 to 4 also disposed of in view of there being no Consent Terms between them. Respondent No.4 is directed to decide respective proposal forwarded by Respondent No.5 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
