These applications for anticipatory bail are filed by the aforesaid applicants apprehending their arrest in Crime No. 100 of 2015 registered at Dehu Road Police Station, District Pune, for offences under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, r/w 34 of the IPC.

The learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel for the Intervenor-first informant submit that the matter has been amicably resolved and that they would be filing an application for quashing before the appropriate Court. In the light of this statement, the applications are allowed.

In the event of arrest of the Applicants in Crime No. 100 of 2015 registered with Dehu Road Police Station under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the IPC, the

Applicants shall be released on furnishing bail bound of Rs.15000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of JMFC, Vadgaon Mavad. Accordingly, these Criminal Applications stand disposed of.
