The Petitioners' grievance is that though the Petitioners have filed various representations dated 28th December, 2016, 11th January, 2017, 2nd March, 2017 and 1st April, 2017 for grant of pension and gratuity to the Petitioners as according to the Petitioners they are eligible and entitled as per the Government Resolution No. NGC-1283/(865)-UNI-4 dated 21st July, 1983. It is also the case of the Petitioners that their case is covered as per the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Vidharbha Ayurved Mahavidyalaya and Ors. v/s. State of Maharashtra and Ors. in Writ Petition No.5771 of 2011 and Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-514-wp-8583-2017.doc other connected matters decided on 10 th June, 2013.

It is also the case of the Petitioners that the State Government had already resolved and issued Government Resolution dated 11th April, 2016 and decided to extend the benefits as claimed by the Petitioners. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited grievance, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing the Competent Authority of the Respondents to consider the Petitioners representations as aforesaid keeping in view the relevant Government Resolutions and the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Vidharbha Ayurved (supra).

Let the decision as aforesaid on the said representations be taken as expeditiously as possible but not later than four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

In case the Petitioners are found entitled for the reliefs claimed, the same may be extended to the Petitioners. 6.
