The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only grievance now subsisting in the matter is that the respondents are not paying monthly salary regularly to the petitioner's and there is always some delay. The learned AGP submits that all endeavor shall be made by the Respondents to make timely payment of monthly salary of each month.
