The Civil Application is taken out in Writ Petition which is already disposed of. By the Civil Application the Applicant-State Bank of India seeks to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,70,000/- deposited in this Court by the original Petitioner-Mrs.Geeta Jainder Singh. 2.

Learned Counsel for the original Petitioner states that the matter is already settled between the Petitioner and the Applicant-State Bank of India and the original Petitioner has no objection if the Civil Application is allowed.

In the circumstances, the Civil Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,70,000/- deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest, if any.
