At the outset, Mr. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that section 307 IPC would be added in the subject FIR, i.e., CR. No. 0044 of 2017 registered with Khandala Police Station, district - Satara. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly states that grievance raised in the writ petition no more survives. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
