It is to be noted that this Court by order dated 05/12/2019 had granted four weeks time to file rejoinder. Inspite of that the Applicant is asking time. Considering this fact, following order is passed:

(a) Liberty granted to the Applicant to file rejoinder on or before 28/02/2020 with copy to other side.

(b) Applicant to pay cost of Rs.2,500/- to the Respondent on or before 28/02/2020 and place on record affidavit to that effect, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

(c) Matter to appear on board on 06/03/2020.
