The above Interim Application is filed by the Applicant seeking to be joined as a party Respondent in the above Writ Petition.

It is the case of the Applicant that the outcome of the Writ Petition will directly affect the rights of the Applicant herein. It is on this ground that they are sought to be joined as a party Respondent in the above Writ Petition.

Having heard the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, we find that the interest of justice will be served if the above Interim Application is allowed.

In these circumstances, it is directed that the Petitioners shall join the present Applicant as the party Respondent No. 9 in the above Writ Petition.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on all the Respondents (including the newly added Respondent) within a period of 2 weeks thereafter.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
