No. 383/2019 registered with Ville Parle Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(A), 509, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Prosecution case against the applicant is, applicant tried to sexually assault the victim girl who happened to be his daughter. 3] The maximum punishment provided is 5 years. No. 383/2019 registered with Ville Parle Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(A), 509, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

(iii) Applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of concerned police station till the conclusion of trial.

(iv) Applicant shall not, directly or indirectly establish contact with the victim.
