Heard Ms. Adenwalla for the applicant. This application is filed for recalling the condition of furnishing one or two solvent sureties. It is submitted that PR bond has been furnished and a cash surety of Rs. 25,000/- has been deposited. In that view of the matter and having regard to Section 12(4) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, the condition of furnishing one or two solvent sureties of Rs. 25,000/- is dispensed with. 2.

The interim application is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
