For the present, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions submitted that the applicant will be satisfied if the condition (11) of the order dated 27/2/2023 passed by the Special Judge enlarging the applicant on bail is modified in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ejike Jonas Orji vs. Narcotics Control Bureau1.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, barring condition (11) of the Special Court's order dated 27/2/2023 relating to the certificate of assurance from the Embassy/High Commission of the Country to which the Criminal Appeal No.2468/2023 decided on 17/8/2023 1/2

For the present, the application is disposed of in the above terms with liberty.
