The cause for invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court is the communication dated 12/3/2015 received by the Petitioner from Shri K V Jadhav, The Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune by which communication the Petitioner Society is informed that the author of the said letter having taken a decision, it would not be possible for him to hear the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner Society and that the Petitioner Society would have to move the State Government in Revision. However, the learned AGP has sought instructions and on instructions she states that one of the Additional Registrars can be directed to hear the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner Society as a special case in view of the inability of the regular Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune being unable to hear the Revision Application.

wpst-13834.15 In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned AGP, Shri Sunil Pawar the Additional Registrar, Co-operative Societies, having his office at Pune is the authority who would hear and decide the Revision Application dated 7/3/2015 filed by the Petitioner. The papers therefore to be placed before the said officer by the concerned Registrar's office. The Revision Application to be heard and decided by the said officer latest by 30/09/2015. In the meantime no coercive steps to be taken pursuant to the impugned order. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The concerned parties to act upon an ordinary copy of the instant order duly authenticated by the Court Associate/Registrar. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
