This application is preferred by claimant for deleting the names of respondent nos.4 and 5 from the cause title of First Appeal No.1810 of 2011. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, following order is passed:

a) Applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent nos.4 and 5 from the cause title of First Appeal No.1810 of 2011 at his cost and consequences.

b) Amendment be carried out within 8 weeks Mohite 1/2
