The above Interim Application is inter alia filed seeking a direction to the Petitioners to add the present Applicants as party Respondents in the above Writ Petition.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicants submitted that the Applicants are necessary parties to the SEPTEMBER 25, 2023 Yugandhara Patil

15-IA-1363-2021.doc above Writ Petition for the reasons more particularly set out in the Interim Application.

Having heard the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicants as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, the above Interim Application is allowed and the Petitioners are directed to join Applicant Nos. 1 to 4 as party Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 respectively.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on all the Respondents (including the newly added Respondents) within a period of 2 weeks thereafter. 5.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
