Since the entire amount has been deposited, there will be a stay on execution. This is of course subject to the Claimants' right to file a Civil Application seeking withdrawal. The amount so deposited is to be invested, if not already done, in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank.

The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- will be transferred to the MACT Pune within two weeks from today. That amount will also be invested in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank. 11th July 2017
