The petitioners claim that they are entitled for HDPE Pipes as per the Scheme of State Government. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents are not taking any steps to procure the said pipes so that the petitioners could avail the benefit of the said Scheme. Due to the inaction of the respondents, the funds allocated for the said purpose have not been utilised by the respondents for last two years.

2] Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits in regard to their grievance the petitioners may be permitted to file a representation and the Dinesh Sherla 1/2

3] In view of aforesaid and without commenting upon the petitioners' entitlement, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before respondent No.1. On receipt of the same, respondent No.1 shall consider the petitioners' grievance and take appropriate steps/actions, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.

4] With aforesaid directions and liberty, this petition is disposed of.
