By the present Petition, the Petitioner is seeking C.B.I. enquiry against the Investigating Officer and other Police Officers in a case wherein he is an accused.

2. According to us, the prayer of the Petitioner is not tenable as he will have to first establish his defence before the trial Court regarding his false implication in the case. The remedy of enquiry may be available to him thereafter.

3. We prima facie find that, the present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner as and by way of pressurising tactics upon the Investigating Officer and other Police Officers. Petition is accordingly dismissed in limine.
