IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY.
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO. 1981 OF 2015 Rekha Maila Tamang ... Petitioner
Versus
The State of Maharashtra ... Respondent Mr. Arun Rajput for the petitioner.
Smt. A.A. Mane, A.P.P. for the State.
CORAM : M.L. TAHALIYANI, J.
DATED : JUNE 23, 2015 P.C.
Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner has not instructed the learned counsel appearing for her. It was specifically told by the court last time that unless documents to show actual physical possession of the petitioner are produced, the court will not consider the prayer. Learned A.P.P. has made a statement that the room in question is not in actual physical possession of the petitioner and that the same is already transferred it to somebody else about six months back. It is further submitted that the petitioner has left India for Nepal. In view of the above, petition stands dismissed. Ad interim order stands vacated.
