This civil application is for service of the civil application for condonation of delay on respondent nos. 2 to 6, 14, 15, 18, 21, 22 and 32 through publication in daily Prabhat and daily Maharashtra Herald. Perusal of the application shows that sufficient attempts at personal service of the notice upon these respondents have not been made by the applicants. Therefore service by publication cannot be granted. Hence the civil application is dismissed.
