Heard learned counsel (appointed) and learned APP. Petitioner seeks benefit of State remission as per 125th Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's birth anniversary remission scheme.

Learned APP upon instructions states that appraisal from convicting Court has been called for and is still awaited. 3.

In this situation, we direct Special Court (POCSO) and Additional Sessions Court, Usmanabad to expedite the action and to submit appraisal report within a period of 6 weeks after receipt of this order by it. 4.

After receipt of that appraisal report, the competent Authority shall take suitable decision in accordance with law within next 8 weeks. 5.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.

Copy be send to the prisoner in jail, so also be communicated to the convicting Court.
