Learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 4 submit that during the pendency of this application for delay condonation, respondent no. 1 Mr.Salim Abdul Shaikh expired on 9th April, 2014.

The appellant has taken out this application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Mr.Salim Abdul Shaikh on record.

Learned Counsel submits that she was appearing for Mr.Salim Abdul Shaikh earlier and is also instructed to appear for respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 who are legal heirs of Mr.Salim Abdul Shaikh.

In view of the above Civil Application is allowed. Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. S.O. to 1st March, 2016.
