1] We are inclined to dispose of the present petition, as the issue, as challenged in this petition is to a show cause notice issued under Rule 72(2) of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961, whereby the petitioner has been called upon to submit a reply to the said notice as contemplated under M.C.S. Rules 72(2) for taking an appropriate decision.

2] Therefore, at this stage by keeping all points open, the present petition is disposed of as premature.
