2] Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition was filed as the Registrar was not available to hear the revision, which was filed by the petitioner. Now the revision petition is listed for hearing on 28th February 2019 before the Divisional Jt. Registrar - respondent No.6 and the petition be disposed of by issuing directions to decide the revision petition in a time bound manner.

YBG 916-wp-5304-18 3] In view of the fact that the petitioner has adopted the remedy available under the law and revision petition is now listed for hearing on 28th February 2019, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Divisional Joint Registrar- respondent No.6 to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from today. Accordingly the petition is disposed of with a direction to Divisional Jt. Registrar, Coop. Societies to hear and dicide the revision petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from 28th February 2019. 4] Interim relief operating in the petition, to remain in force for a period of four weeks or till the decision of the Revision petition before the Divisional Jt. Registrar, whichever is earlier. 5] Petition is disposed of in the above terms with no costs. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.)
