By this Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of the conditions imposed on the Applicant vide Order dated 21.10.2015 passed by this Court in B.A.No.1890 of 2015. The conditions of which relaxation is sought read thus :- "(ii) The applicant shall attend the Walchandnagar Police Station, Taluka - Indapur, District - Pune on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial;

(vi) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Taluka - Indapur, District - Pune, till the conclusion of the case, except with the permission of the trial Court"

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the trial has not commenced till date and therefore, seeks relaxation of the said conditions.

Learned APP on the instructions of the investigating officer, who is present in Court states that the Applicant has not complied with the aforesaid condition of attendance imposed by this Court vide Order dated 21.10.2015. He submits that the Applicant has also not complied with the directions imposed in Clause (ii) of the said Order. He submits that in fact, an NBW has been issued against the present Applicant, as he had not appeared in the said case. Learned APP further states that there are five C.Rs. which have been registered as against the Applicant till date.

Considering the aforesaid, Application stands rejected.
