He submits that hearing of the matter is fixed on 9th December 2016. Petitioner shall appear before the concerned authority on 9th December 2016 at 11.00 a.m.. The decision as aforesaid be taken within three weeks, as stated earlier. With these observations, the contempt proceedings are dropped. Petition stands disposed of.
