The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is working with the Police Department in the Union Territory of Daman and Diu and he has challenged the order of his dismissal by this writ petition without approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that upon examination of the legal position, the petition will have to be filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal which is the court of first instance, and accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw
