Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the judgment and order dated 23.4.2013 passed by learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai in TRC/REV/53/B/2002.

Tribunal passed common order in three Revision Applications out of that in Revision Application No.49/B/2002, Writ Petition No.10184 of 2016 was filed before this court. Both the counsel submit that, that Writ Petition was rejected by this court by order dated 28.6.2017. Same order is applicable in the present matter also.

Considering these facts, following order is passed:
