Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted before this Court that the petition was filed in the year 2016. Subsequently certain facts came to knowledge of the petitioner and the petitioner prayed for amendment to the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that prayer for amendment was allowed by this Court. Though the amendment is allowed, on a second thought, the petitioner is now desirous of filing a comprehensive fresh petition instead of amending the earlier petition. As such the learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the petition varsha

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, in case, a fresh petition is filed the petition would be considered on its own merits including the aspect of delay and keeping all the contentions open, the petition would be considered.
