Without challenging the order dated 12.4.2017 Exh. "A", the petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to respondent no.1 to decide their application dated 24.10.2016. We find that there is an order passed on 12.4.2017. Unless the same is challenged, no such relief as prayed for can be granted. With the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 12.4.2017 Exhibit. "A" before the appropriate forum making further prayer that in view of the subsequent GR the petitioners can be granted relief, we dispose of this petition.
