This is an application for intervention by the first informant in C. R. No. 427 of 2015 registered with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 470, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to intervene in ABA No. 1879 of 2016. 3.

The applicant in ABA No. 1879 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead first informant Mr. Anand Upasani as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant/respondent No.2 within the same stipulated period. 4.
