Learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders an apology for remaining absent on 13th April, 2023 before this Court and admits his mistake.

Accordingly, order dated 13th April 2023, is recalled and the Registry is directed to restore the petition to its original file and place before this Court on Board for 'admission' on 3rd July 2023, provided, all office objections are removed by the Petitioner.
