Both these petitions can be disposed of in view of the order passed by this Court dated 22nd January 2020 directing the parties to maintains status quo in respect of the suit property. 2.

Vide order dated 9th January 2023, this Court had considered the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties as patilsr 1 of

regards the disposal of suit proceedings within a time bound manner while maintaining the status quo pending disposal of the said proceedings. In view of the consensus which has been arrived at between the parties with regard to maintaining of status quo on the suit property, the trial Court is requested to dispose of the suit proceedings as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one year from today.

On instructions, an assurance is given by learned counsel for the respective parties that the parties will co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

Submissions have been made across the bar that there are certain findings in the order of appellate Court which would affect the rights of parties. Suffice to say that the matter will be adjudicated based on the evidence which will be brought before the trial Court and, as such, no observations in that regard are required. 5.
