At the outset, learned APP makes a statement that the investigation in the crime is complete and the charge-sheet is likely to be fled on or before 12th July, 2021. On such a statement coming from the learned APP, learned counsel for the applicants, seeks leave of this court to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the trial court. He also makes a request that the trial court be directed to take up the hearing of the application expeditiously, once it is fled. 2.

In light of the urgency expressed and particularly, when the applicants claim that the role assigned to them is similar to M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 11(c)-BA-2118-21.doc co-accused Tanaji Laxman Jadhav, who has been granted interim protection by this Court in the event of his arrest, the application requires expeditious hearing. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the trial court to expeditiously take up the hearing of the application for bail, as and when fled.

Needless to state that the merits of the matter have not been touched by this Court and it is left open to the trial court to hear the application on its own merit.
