This is an Application for bringing legal heirs of sole Respondent on record.

It is stated that, the Respondent expired on 5th May 2021 and the present Application is filed within a period of limitation. 3.

Mr. Sanglikar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner submitted that, the legal heirs of sole Respondent mentioned in para 3 of the present Application have been duly served in the matter.

Despite service, none appears for the Respondent. 4.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated therein, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Pg 1 of 2

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today and after the amendment is carried out, issue notice to newly added Respondents, returnable on 2nd September 2021. In addition to Court Notice, the Applicant/Petitioner is permitted to serve newly added Respondents by way of private notice and to file an Affidavit of Service after the newly added Respondents are duly served with the copy of the Petition.
