Heard. This Application is made by the State of Maharashtra for condonation of 96 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the award dated 04/09/2013 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.476/2000 (Old LAR No.74/1990).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of Basavraj G Patil 1/2

19.1638.15-caf prayer clause (b) which read thus:

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above mentioned First Appeal against the judgment award dated 04/09/2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Raigad at Alibaug in L.A.R.No.476/2000 (Old LAR No.74/1990."

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
