1] This is an application filed by the Applicant for bail through Jail. The Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R. No.6 of 2013 registered with Kandiwali Police Station. From the details furnished, it appears that the Applicant is in custody from 04/01/2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 363,366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial has commenced and about 4 witnesses are examined. The prosecution proposes to examine 14 other witnesses.
