The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 21st December, 2018 passed in Appeal No. 99 of 2018 by the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal Solapur. The substantive appeal filed by the Petitioner challenging her termination is pending before the School Tribunal. In that appeal, the Petitioner filed an application (Exhibit 5) for interim relief of reinstatement, which has been rejected by the School Tribunal.

On hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner and having regard to the fact that the impugned order is passed way back in the year 2018 and the substantive appeal is still pending before the learned School Tribunal, I find that the petition can be disposed of by 1 / 2

14 - WP. 1668-2020 directing the learned School Tribunal to decide the appeal, being Appeal No. 99 of 2018, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the receipt hereof.
